Failed to Import Shape error when importing MS Word Files

I have recently been given the task to get approximately 300 documents into Confluence, however a few things after trying the Import of MS Word documents (*.docx) some of the graphics in the original Word documents do not get imported.  I receive a Failed to Import Shape on the Confluence page.  I believe that some of the graphics I am having the problem with is primarily SmartArt that was placed in the original Word file.  Those graphics are primarily flowcharts.

Can you help with this?

Even I am facing the same issue. Although I have observed that if the image format is svg(vector graphic) it gets imported successfully. Maybe you can find a way to convert all the elements to the svg format. I tried but no success as I am not that competent with VBA or coding.

I have the same problem and I do not want to replace all these images by hand. Please fix this.
