Hi,
I've been trying to export a couple of specific pages from a Confluence Data Center to a space in Cloud. The space I am exporting from, already exist in Cloud, so the space-key is conflicted I know that.
I have tried with XML export --> import but that gives me the error of conflicting space-keys.
Is there any other way that I can just copy a page, download it, and then import it to another site?
I do not want to export the entire space (since it already exists in the destination site).
Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance!
Hey @Gustav Lindskog
There are a few ways to tackle this. One is modifying the exported space files and removing/updating any references to the old key and replacing it with a new key. But maybe simply try this;
I have a feeling that even the manual way is a possible solution (copy & paste) if we're talking about only a few pages.
Best, Max
Hi Max,
Cheers for the answer.
That 4 step rocket is awesome, I will be trying this instead as copying and pasting 250 pages in that page tree is a job for my worst enemy!
Thanks once again.
