Hi,
I'm trying to export a space as an xml file for importing into another environment and it is giving me a corrupted archive, I've tried several different programs to unpack the file and it throws errors everytime, I've tried to import the zip file and it breaks, anyone else have this issue or no what to do?
The file is about 3GB
So it appears this issue was caused by the file not downloading properly, I tried with several browsers to no avail, I had to get a teammate to download it and send me the file. It then worked after that.
I'm not sure why I couldn't download it but I have raised a support request about it, thanks for your help @repi
Is there an error message in addition to errors?
Can the new confluence instance import the file?

@repi No it seems to be working fine when I do the export, no it cant do the import because I only have a zip file, which I cant unpack.
If I try to import the zip it just says

Can you repeat the export from the original confluence instance again?
Which version is the confluence from which you started the export and which version is the target confluence?
If you have problems importing a space, check out these hints.
<confluence-home>/restore
directory and import it from there. exportDescriptor.properties
file, chances are OS X has unzipped the backup for you and sent the original zipped file to the trash. You need to retrieve the original zip file from the trash and then try the import again.

- I'm using confluence cloud so don't have this folder (sorry should have mentioned earlier)
- Both are on Confluence 1000.0.0-ea093b5c47e0
- No the new space is empty
- I can't unzip the downloaded zip so I have no xml to upload, when I try to do it with a smaller zip it doesn't work, (i have tried to import the zip)
- I'm using windows 10, it gives this error "... JIRA Migration\Confluence-export (3).zip: The archive is corrupt" Using 7zip gives this error "Unexpected end of data, Warnings: Header Errror"
- Importing the zip fails "
