Export blog posts to PDF including comments from Confluence WIKI old version 3....

Since we are on very old version of Confluence 3.... what are the steps to Export the blog posts including comments to PDF file?

Also what are the steps to move old blog posts with comments to the latest version of Confluence? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
