Export PDF content explorer: Total no of page variable is not working

When I try to export a PDF using the content explorer feature I have assigned the variable in footer to display page no and total no of page.  As confluence provide feature to add those variable to the footer but when I try to export the pdf, the page number are fetched correctly but the total no of page count is zero

I have tried the CSS counter already to display total no of pages. it won't work.

We are testing out the new feature - Export to PDF - in the Power BI service, and it doesn't work for most of our reports. talktowendys We checked the limitations that are published and we seem to be within them, so not sure why it doesn't work.After about 5 minutes we get this message: Unable to export to PDF. We couldn't export your report to a PDF file.
