Expand sidebar by default

When you initially open a space the sidebar is collapsed.  I would like to make the sidebar expanded by default.

Hi there,

the sidebar should remember your preference unless you delete cookies in your browser. Whether the sidebar is collapsed or not, depends on the user's preference.

However, I found another thread that talks about forcing the sidebar to be collapsed, perhaps you can do the opposite: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Answers-Developer-Questions/Collapse-Sidebar-by-default-Default-Theme/qaq-p/501971
