Not sure which is your case, but gonna describe two similar tasks regarding our app - Table Filter and Charts for Confluence (maybe you are using it in your company but only for data filtration, aggregation and visualization). So, here are two more options provided by our app:
Option 1. If you want to connect your Excel file/Google Spreadsheet to Confluence, update the source file and get all the changes reflected on the Confluence page immediately, you may use the Table from CSV macro.
The macro allows you to output a table from CSV or TSV data source (URL or an attached file).
Option 2. If you want to keep and update your source table right in Confluence and "reuse" it several times on different pages, you may use the Table Excerpt/Table Excerpt Include macros.
It is much better than using simple copy/paste - you update only one source table and all the changes are reflected in the reused tables.
