Step1: In Manage Subscription page, under confluence Subscription, clicked on three dots near Manage Users
Step2: Dropdown popped up and clicked on delete
Step3: Navigating to another page to Type Delete in a Text Box
There is no display of message like the subscription is deleted. I am not sure if the Subscription is deleted.

Usually Site Admins will get an Email saying that the subscription has been canceled.
Under admin.atlassian.com go to "Billing" and check if the product is still there. It should give you the next billing date, which should be empty.
When you click on "Manage" you'll get more details.
