Hello!
I have a problem with export in PDF from Confluence Server v.6.13.4 Notes on sidebar displays with mistakes. But when I export all content from product. server and import it in another (testing) instance of Confluence (same version), there all exports fine. I attach 2 files with examples.
What can I check to resolve this issue?
Thank you!

Hello Alex,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community! It's nice to have you.
From my understanding, you have a page in Confluence 6.13.4 that you wish to export to PDF. When you export it from your production instance, then it looks like image #2. However, if you export the page to PDF from your staging instance, which is an exact copy of your production instance, then it looks like #1. Is this correct?
I am also assuming that you are using the Warning Macro in order to display these messages. Can you please confirm that?
There's a similar issue that was reported where the Warning Macro (along with Note, Info, and Tip Macros) were not appearing in PDF exports, but it has since been resolved in 6.14.2
I wasn't able to replicate the problem myself on either 6.13.4 or 6.15.2, but I would recommend upgrading the affected instance to 6.14.2 or higher and see if that resolves your issue.
If not, I would recommend tailing your Confluence server logs on your production instance and see what might be causing the issue in generating that macro on your PDF. You can feel free to send us any lines you see that might be causing the issue and we can try to figure it out with you.
Let me know if you have any questions!
Regards,
Shannon
Hello, Shannon!
Thank you for your answer!
You are right, we use "Warning" macro to display message on this page. And if we export this page to PDF on production instance, it looks like on image #2. On staging image export to PDF looks like on image #1, and this is correct result of export.
I add blank page in new space and insert Warning Macro on production instance. After I try export page to PDF, export result looks incorrect too.
Is it possible to restore this macro? Files, settings or something else....

Hi Alex,
Thank you for confirming that you are experiencing the same issue.
By restore, do you mean to recover the ability to export the macro to PDF? If so, there is a workaround listed on the bug that includes some PDF customization to get it to work. Could you confirm if you've tried that and were not successful?
Regards,
Shannon
