Error uploading documents

Hi,

I can't upload documents to a Confluence page, the files are: csv, python script, and pkl.

Could anyone help me?

• What steps are you taking to upload the file?
• At what point does the upload fail, and what does the error message say? (screenshots will be helpful here to understand where and how the error is thrown)
• Does this happen for every file, or only for the file types you mentioned?
• Has this always happened, or this a new issue?
• If a new issue, have there been any recent changes to your environment?
• Does this happen on every page?
