Error "The editor didn't load properly. Please reload the page to try again"

Currently, we are experiencing some issues with adding an inline comment to the existing pages. The issue is permanent and occurs on different pages from time to time. As a result the following notification appears: "The editor didn't load properly. Please reload the page to try again."

We've tried to use different browsers, re-login and clear cache/cookies - nothing helps. 

The only thing that seems to be helpful somehow was disabling collaborative editing. Do you have any ideas about the issue or any suggestions on what to do in this case?

If disabling collaborative editing helps, there is a general or temporal problem with synchrony.
There can be many reasons for this.
