In order to figure out what is causing this error with the code block macro we will need some additional information.
Are you on Confluence Cloud or Server? If Server, which version?
What steps are being done to cause this prompt?
The error states "configuration saved successfully", does it allow you to save and progress past the screen?
Once we have additional information we will attempt to re-create and see where the issue is.
