I previously had access to Confluence, however I can no longer login and instead receive the following error message;
<email> doesn't have access to Confluence on directline.atlassian.net.
Do I need to complete a 're-instate user' request and if so, please can you advise how I can process this?
Thanks

Welcome to the Community!
I'm afraid you might be asking in the wrong place here. We're a community of people here to talk about Atlassian stuff, but you've got a problem with a specific system. We can talk generally about it, but not that one system, as most of us don't know it, let alone have any access.
This is something your admins at directline will probably need to do for you, and we're not your admins (they may be active here, I don't know, but I don't think they'll be watching here for support requests!)
I'd recommend asking colleagues, any other people who you know use it, or the people who asked you to use it in the first place - someone should be able to find you the right route for getting your access changed.

There's nothing in spam or removed posts from this question, so I can't tell you why something may have been removed. I also have no emails about this question other than yours and Kishan's answers, which suggests there were no comments here. Are you sure you have seen other comments on it?

Hi @Kyra Cliffe Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
From the error it seems you no longer have access to directline.atlassian.net. If this confluence site is managed by your company, you should reach out to your site admins or organization admins to grant you the required access.
