The error we are seeing is: COM.ATLASSIAN.SAL.API.NET.RESPONSEEXCEPTION: JAVAX.NET.SSL.SSLHANDSHAKEEXCEPTION: RECEIVED FATAL ALERT: HANDSHAKE_FAILURE
Is anyone able to tell me where to find documentation / resolution to resolve this error.
It's something SSL related, like you are using a self-signed cert, don't have the intermediate cert configured, etc. If you can give us more background, we should be able to help.
