Error importing space from Confluence Cloud to Confluence Cloud

I have been trying to copy/move a space from our old Confluence site to our new one using the article below. However, I keep getting a failure with no details when the process is at about 80% done.

Notes:

• Both sites are running the latest version.
• The export file is about 200MB.

Is there someone who can help?

I noticed you raised a duplicate issue in our support queue, but then also told us you were able to resolve the issue.

Can you please let us know how you were able to resolve that?
