Error export pages to pdf or WORD files

Hello!
Faced with the problem of exporting pages to the files of MS WORD.
I use Confluence Cloud, I export to the format I need, the export is successful, but in the html document itself.
Tell me, what needs to be done to fix this?

I'm a bit confused about the results of your Word export. The example you're showing me appears to be an email's raw text.

Can you explain exactly what you're trying to export?
Does this occur for all pages?
Can you show me what the content of a page looked like before and then the result of the export?
Can you confirm that you're not using any add-ons or 3rd party products in order to accomplish this export?

Hello!
I am trying to export a regular page, the only thing there are Russian characters:

Next, using a pair of tools, I export this page:

PS On the server version did not meet such a problem.

Thank you for providing those details. I see now that you are running into this bug:

CONFCLOUD-26113 Export Page to Word should support Office, Open Office and Google Docs

Please click This affects my team and watch the case in order to receive any updates about this in the future.

Lastly, can you confirm if you can open the same document in Microsoft Word? I'm not able to replicate it myself, so I believe this bug might be related to the fact that you're using LibreOffice.

If you're not able to test with a copy of Microsoft Word, then I would recommend the workaround as mentioned from the bug ticket:

Export the page as a PDF, and convert the PDF to Microsoft Word Format:

Export the page to PDF. Once you do this, you can follow this documentation to convert it to .doc.
Use this PDF to Word Doc Converter.

Can you try that and let me know if you're able to get the Word document?
