Error entering the created sites

I have problems when I want to enter the spaces created in the tool, I get the error of the image, if you can help me if someone happened the same thing and how they solved it.

The files that make up your Lucene index on the Confluence server have been locked out against writing and Confluence is unable to make the changes it needs to make.

There are a number of things that might do this, but the most likely thing is you've run out of disk space.  You'll need to log into the Confluence server and check the health of the disks.  I'd also check the ownership and permissions of the files inside the Confluence home directory.

Once you know what the problem is and you've fixed it, restart Confluence and run a re-index
