I see other users experiencing the same problem.

Currently I cannot upload images, only update text in Confluence. I have tried other browsers with the same outcome.

I am sorry to report that this is a known issue. Please keep an eye on this incident report for updates: Failure on Media Services

Customers using Confluence are still experiencing issues to download and upload attachments, as also loading pages with attachments. Our engineering team is looking into this specific issue now
