Alguém sabe me dizer porque fica aparecendo esta mensagem quando tento editar uma página existente?

1. Você encontrou este erro no passado nesta mesma página?
2. Como você criou esta página? Por exemplo, você usou copy/paste ou algum add-on para criar a página?
3. Outros usuários de Confluence estão vendo o mesmo erro nesta página?
4. Se você trabalha com uma VPN, Firewall, ou Proxy, é possível evitar (bypass) e testar diretamente? Por exemplo, tente outro computador ou rede.
5. Você vê o erro em qualquer browser? Teste em Firefox, Chrome, IE, Safari, etc.
6. Por favor, tente também com o modo Incógnito ou Private Browsing, com todas as extensões desativadas. Você ainda vê o erro?

Se você continua a ver o erro, reporte o problema ao seu administrador de Confluence. Seu administrador poderá reportar o problema para Atlassian Support. Eu recomendo que você grave um arquivo HAR do problema e envie para seu administrador, para incluir no ticket.

Welcome to Atlassian Community. It's nice to meet you! A few different things can cause this issue, so we'll need some more information.

1. Could you tell me if you encountered this issue in the past on this particular page?
2. How did you create the page? For example, was the content copied and pasted, or did you use an add-on?
3. Are other users in Confluence encountering the same error on that page?
4. If you are working from behind a VPN, Firewall, or Proxy, can you try to bypass it and test? For example, you can try from another computer and network.
5. Are you encountering the error on multiple browsers? You can test the same on Firefox, Chrome, IE, Safari, etc.
6. Could you try the same using Incognito or Private Browsing mode, and disable all browser extensions? Do you still encounter the error?

If you continue to have issues, I recommend that you report this to your Confluence administrator, so they can get a ticket raised with the Support team. You'll want to record a HAR file of the behavior and pass it onto your admin so they can include that with their request.
