Hi @Nicolas BOUCHET welcome to the community! With the information you've provided, I took a quick look at Atlassian's Jira site, and couldn't find anything related to your issue. It may help to provide an example for those of us unfamiliar with your specific use case.
With your Premium license, you may want to open an Atlassian Support Ticket giving them an example for your issue and they should be able to weigh in to see if it's a known issue or not.
