This would be a really useful usability improvement. When a task is surfaced in the task list, users already have a clear indication of what they need to work on, so having the link open the exact task instead of the top of the page adds an unnecessary extra step.
Using the task block ID as an anchor seems like a straightforward solution. It would make navigation much faster, especially on longer pages or docs with multiple tasks.
Definitely feels like a small change that could have a big impact on the day-to-day experience.
