Enabling Questions for Confluence by top level page in space

Ordinarily you can use Questions for an entire space; is there a way to use it for just a specific page?

We have a set of pages/sub pages within a space for our team's products, so we want a user to be able to ask questions specific to those products vs. bloating the overall space which includes many other products

As you mentioned, questions can be set up inside a space or across all spaces. Integrate questions with your spaces
There is not a way to confine questions to a subset of pages within a space. Topics may be helpful to help associate the questions with the specific products.
