Enabled account in AD shows disabled in Jira/Confluence

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I had a user which the AD profile disabled, after enabling the account, it is still shows disabled in Jira/Confluence.
I deleted the account in Jira/Confluence but still after a day I get the following error:
