Question is related to setting up public access (https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/setting-up-public-access-156.html?_ga=2.53352232.1690331436.1541395303-1558156126.1528384595).
It appears that self signup checks for duplicate/existing username. We want to check for duplicate/existing email address as well. How can this be done?
