Hi,
We're back from vacation & after having opened a ticket for https://cavalier-rouge.atlassian.net/ , even after a couple of hours:
- Our Space (used for our Non Profit Organization) seems to have disappeared
- The members are still there...
- but no Confluence content or Jira tickets
Any ideas if there is a delay between the reactivation & the moment we can access our content again?
Nothing is in the deleted spaces, or archived ones
Thx for any help
Hello @michel_socoliuc
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
When was the last time that any users accessed the content?
Was the product subscription on the Free tier?
When you say the members are still there and but content is not, where are you looking for members?
You asked about a delay between reactivation and when the content will be available again. What process did you go through to "reactivate" your subscription?
Did you receive messages that your subscription was being or had been deactivated? If so, what was the date of deactivation?
You said you opened a ticket for the site. If you opened that ticket with Atlassian, you should continue to speak with Atlassian through that ticket to find out about the status of your data.
Atlassian has a policy about deactivating Free subscriptions that are left inactive for an extended period of time. Then send warning emails when this is going to occur and an email when the subscription is actually deactivated. At that point the customer has only 14 days to reactivate a subscription before the data is permanently deleted.
I wrote an article about that timeline, based on my own experiences, which you can find here:
Hi thank you a lot for your answer.
So :
- I'm the admin & even the other members do not see the content
- we had a space that is not accessible by anyone anymore (it is not even in the deleted or desactivated items) : https://cavalier-rouge.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ASSOCIATIO/
It was :
- on the free tier
- we connected on our space this summer but have not modified any content (it is a knowledge base for most of the content)
- it was desactivated at the end of july (maybe on the 31 of july) ==> we recieved a email during our closing days so we did not pay attention to the notifications.
If I'm refering to your article the data is permanently lost as it has been desactivated more than 15 days ago?

Based on my experience it is likely the data has been permanently deleted. But you will need to contact the Atlassian Billing, Licensing, & Pricing Support team directly for an authoritative answer.
