Employees canot open a confluece Link

Hi team,

I'm trying to share a doc with my team, the configuration is set a 

Public link (Anyone on the internet with this link can view). However, it says the they don't have the right permissions to open this. What may be the reasson? Do they need to have a Confluence license?

Hi @Alba Santiago ,

If your employees are logged into any Atlassian product (e.g. Trello or Jira), they are not anonymous users anymore.  That means they can't view content that is "only" visible to anonymous users.  It is a bit counter intuitive.
