Can i use any of Atlassian products to track my employees location?

Honestly, Atlassian’s tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence, etc.) aren’t built for real-time GPS tracking — they’re great for managing projects and tasks, but you won’t be able to see where your team is in the field.

If you really need to track employee locations, here’s what’s worked for me and others:

1. Pair Atlassian with a GPS tracking app – Tools like Hubstaff,  MaxelTracker, TSheets, or Timeero can run on phones and send location updates. You can connect them to Jira or Trello through integrations or Zapier so your workflow stays in one place.
2. Be upfront with your team – Explain why tracking is necessary, set clear boundaries, and make sure you’re following labor laws and GDPR if that applies.
3. Pick a battery-friendly option – Look for features like geofencing and low-power tracking so people’s phones aren’t dying halfway through the day.

You can try use JS geolocation for plugin. But the location is determined approximately

You'd need to write something to capture that.  It'll need to take data from whatever it is you want to use to capture  their location.

you mean that the employee have to write their locations

or can i integrate with any product to capture that?

I think that's the point - you have not told us what you are using to do this tracking.  Users deliberate entry?  Noting when they use security id to enter/leave one of your buildings?   Login to your systems in physical locations?  Etc.
