Email page notification

Hello

Currently when our pages are update, users (watchers) are notified of a change.

Sometimes it is with a link to the page and other times the whole page will show up in the body of the email.

Is there a way to disable the sending of the whole document?

We have some pages that contain sensitive data and would not like to have the included in any email, just the link to the page.
