Email notification profile setting

Dear all, 

Would it be possible to change the default email setting for every account ? (refer to the address of https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxriXuT0xeaFRVdNU0U4Q3hqaUU/view?pli=1 ) . Probably we just only keep some option for every account.

For each user, you can configure its default options, according to this doc: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/edit-your-user-settings-1016023.html

There, you should be able to find the Email option and then, modify it for the users according to your needs.
