Email notification for replies to my comment on a page I'm not watching

Hello,

I have a question about customizing email notifications. I checked under Email Settings and couldn't find what I'm looking for, so I'm asking here to make sure I didn't miss anything.

Here's the context for what I'd love to get an email notification for: I made a comment on a page I'm not watching (and prefer not to watch). Someone replied to my comment. I got a notification on the wiki page (bell in the upper right corner). I don't regularly check the wiki page notification center but would prefer to be notified via email. I didn't get any email for this reply, presumably because I'm not watching the page.

Is there anyway to get an email notification for a reply to a comment I made, even if it's on a page I'm not watching?

If that isn't possible, what other option would you recommend?

If your setting is similar to the highlighted then you will automatically get email notification.
