I have the SEN number of our Confluence installation, but cannot figure out which Email account was used when ordering the products.

Is there a way to find out which Email account Atlassian has on record for a specific SEN, from inside Confluence or Jira?

you can't find the email used for your Atlassian products in Jira or Confluence, this information is only in the my.atlassian.com account of the person that was declared as technical or billing contact.

What you can do is contact Atlassian support to get some help in recovering the emails.
