Email Notification doesn't work after changing email server

Hi all,

after the email server was changed for confluence users' emails the email notification doesn't work anymore. We are using the confluence cloud. In the ? menu item About Confluence the version Confluence 1000.0.0 is displayed.

Is there a Email SMTP configuration that must be reset? 

Could anyone give a hint?

Confluence Cloud does not have any email configuration you can change. Can you let me know exactly what you modified?

Atlassian Cloud comes with an internal SMTP server configured to send notifications. The internal SMTP server is not configurable, but you can configure Jira Cloud to send emails on behalf of your domain.
