Edits are not saved, but history is updated, I get no error message

I'm editing a new page that i created and adding just a word, press Publish and get no error message. But my edits are not showing!
The history says that I have edited the page. I have no issues with rights, I'm admin.

What can be wrong?

Sounds like a browser issue, when is the last time you cleared your cache?  Also do you have any plugins installed in your browser as those sometimes break things.  Have you tried a different browser? Is the same thing happening in all browsers?

I using Edge. Tried clearing the cache, that didn't work. No plugins installed. 
But I tried with Chrome and then it worked!

Very strange but thanks for the help!
