I followed the above guide. 

"space tools" is nowhere to be found. A paid service should have up to date documentation.

Are you using Confluence 6.4, or Cloud?  From your other post, I'd guess you're on Cloud, so you're looking at the wrong docs here.

If you are on 6.4, then it's to the bottom left, as per doc.
