We are currently migrating from ZENDESK to JIRA Service Desk and we want to acknowledge some of the lessons learned or annoyances of the previous platform ZENDESK!
We want to be able to edit the 'assigned to me' queue that we can have all the tickets with linked issues attached pushed down to the bottom. With the outstanding tickets without a linked issue attached to them in priority order.
I wonder if anybody can provide us with the algorithm in the 'assigned to me' issues to show field.
