Editing access not working

I was given editing access to a Confluence page, yet there is no 'edit' option showing on the top of the page like for other pages I can edit. 

I have performed some troubleshooting (restart browser, clear caches, use different browser) but still have the same issue. Another user that was given editing rights is experiencing the same issue. 

Can you please advise what could cause this?

maybe the page is restricted. Please have a look at the lock beneath the path. There you can see the restrictions.

@nkeating  Also check for the space permissions in which the page is located.
