Edited Global Template (Decision) not showing up in Page

I edited the standard global template, Decision, with 2 new picklist fields.  It's published but when I create a new decision, the updated template is not exposed.  Previously created decision pages also still have the old template.  How can I replaced the pages using the updated Global Decision template?

Try this. Go to the template, edit by selecting the project that you want the page to be created from.

So I went to the "Decisions Blueprint" under "Global Templates and Blueprints" settings page, clicked on "Decision" but I don't see an option to select my project.  

When I created a new decision, I see the 2 new fields but they're not rendering as picklist field type but as a free text instead, even though it appears correct in the preview in the "Decision" template.
