Edit icon not available to Edit a Space in Confluence

Hello Team,

I am a new admin in our JIRA/confluence instance. I have org and site admin role.

There is a specific page which I am requested to change the space logo but the edit icon is not appearing only for this space. I can see the edit icon of all other spaces except for this.

Hoping to get some insight from the community.
