Edit existing macro contents

Hi

Confluence 3.2

I have a page that inserts a navmap macro using the markup

{navmap:contentpage|wrapAfter=1|cellWidth=100|cellHeight=200}

This displays a list of links on my page. 

I need to edit the list of links. So it seems I need to edit the content inside 'contentpage' to add my new link. 

But how do I find and edit the content in 'contentpage'.

Confluence 3.2 is 10 years old. Even before my time working with Confluence. ;-) You will have a hard time finding someone that can help you, I'm afraid.
