Edit attachment labels from the space settings
In the documentation for adding and editing labels, there is an option for viewing all attachments in a space and editing the labels there, via space settings > content tools > attachments

I can see the attachments and the pencil icon to add or edit labels on my attachments, but when I click the pencil icon nothing happens. I've confirmed this is not browser-related, and it's persistent across multiple spaces.
I can still add and edit attachment labels on individual pages, so I'm wondering why it's unresponsive at the space level.
