Edit - Nothing loads an already populated Confluence page, but saves a blank document.

Good Morning,

I am trying to edit one of my many confluence pages, but when I go to edit them, the page is blank. I can add new content to the page, but I can't see it. It's totally blank. 

The real problem was having to revert back to older version as I went to save it and it was saved a blank document... I wait, as it still says connecting at the bottom, but nothing ever populates. 

Please advise.
