Customer's are complaining that they are getting an error on UI saying like EOL health check has failed. I have attached an Error screenshot for your reference.
Can you please let me know how to overcome this error on GUI pls.

there are some workarounds which you could try out.
From my opinion the information message was designed in such a prominent way that the user is reminded to upgrade any time soon.
Of course, as time of writing Confluence 7.3 is not yet EOL so I'd recommend to either fix the underlying cause for the error message - or - in case the server is behind a proxy or similar to check the workaround linked above.
