I managed, by mistake, to create a second profile on the same email address, while trying to download a document to Confluence.
Now the new profile cannot access existing team spaces on Confluence
The new profile does access the team workspace on Jira, but on a duplicate profile. The old profile is visible on Jira, linked to existing tickets
I deleted the new profile, but that seems to take away everything. I have cancelled the deletion, or I think so.
Please help!
