Drwa.IO doesnt work

Draw.io diagramms cannot created. On the draw.io Configuration page I get the message "unexpected Error, please load this page new and try it again". Draw.io is correct licencsed, and the only app on this side. On a second test site the same error happens again

Hi @Zimmer EDV GmbH

Please follow below steps and let me know how it goes.

1. Do you have the problem with saving a newly created diagram OR with edit and saving old diagram ?
2. Please perform the same steps in different browser or Incognito mode to check if issue occurs. 
3. Clear browser cache and disable any extension/add-ons in the browser and check.
