We are operating Confluence and Draw.io in an airgapped environment.
confluence.example.com
drawio.example.com
Users create diagrams in Draw.io and embed them into Confluence pages using the "Embed existing diagrams" feature of the Draw.io plugin. However, when users click on the embedded diagrams, they are always redirected to viewer.diagrams.net
.
Since our environment is airgapped, users cannot access viewer.diagrams.net
.
Is there a way to change this URL so that embedded diagrams open in drawio.example.com
instead of viewer.diagrams.net
?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Hi @lunalcni ,
I'd say that you would probably need to talk with your networking team and maybe make an exception for this external link viewer.diagrams.net.
Not sure if you can set the viewer URL to redirect users to your internal instance. As this (if possible) probably requires some additional infrastructure changes, I'd recommend reaching out to the vendor support team and checking it out with them: draw.io Service Desk
Cheers,
Tobi
