I suspect the problem is that conf 7.13 is in use and likely so an old draw.io version. No chance of updating those?

with specific errors like this, it's usually best to contact the App vendor support directly -> draw.io for Confluence and Jira Desk - Jira Service Management (atlassian.net)

However, a couple of draw.io folk are on here and might be able to help... calling on @Mike Rink -Seibert Products- @[deleted] ?
