Hello there!
I just researched for some Pro and Contras for Confluence Online vs. On-premise. I read here (https://www.atlassian.com/trust/reliability/infrastructure) that customers don't have to worry about Downtime of the services when Atlassian does some Hard- or Software Updates (Quote:Cloud customers never have to worry about software or hardware updates. Atlassian does the work for you and ensures that your cloud products are always up-to-date.).
But I can't believe that... For example in Azure you have a SLA for about 99.95% of Availability in a year. And in my oppinion it's impossible to have no Downtime in a year? So anywhere they have to document something like SLA, isn't it?
If you found some of those information or you have the knowledge about this topic, please answer :D
Best regards!
After more research I found the guarantee that they provide 99.95% uptime per year.
