Download .docx as PDF

Hi,

is there a way to download a Word-File (.docx) directly as .pdf without having to

1.  download
2. open
3. save as pdf

it?

Hi Daniel,

This is not possible.

A workaround in Confluence Server might be to open the document in Confluence (clicking View currently will open the document in a separate Confluence page, only on Server). Then you can use your browser's "Print to PDF" function if you were using a browser which supports it.

thanks for the answer and the workaround suggestion. Unfortunatelly, the Browser PDF Print option (Chrome) doesn't work very well for this usecase. The PDF is not properly formated, the scroll bar is visible,...

Hm, too bad. Well, maybe an Addon developer picks it up as an idea ;).
