Hello,

 

is it possible to get a log for Confluence, where I can see all Downloads which has been done by users?

Confluence doesn't log that natively, so it's probably a simple "no".

If you have a web-server in front of it with access logging enabled, you may find download access by looking for "attachments" in the list of urls that users have hit (but that won't catch simple views or extract-data macros).
