Download All Attachment Button In Confluence can't Function

why button "Download all" in confluence cannot function ,and direct me to this error, it is new update? im sure to give all permission to manage this Page. anyone can help with this trouble. thanks

Looking at this behaviour, there is a chance that you are affected by the issue reported here:

• System Error shown when clicking "download all" if a file name contains some characters

As a first test, I would recommend you to rename files with special characters. This is suggested as a workaround on the bug report itself:

Workaround:

Discard \ / : * ? " < > | in the filename via Properties or download attachments individually instead of using the 'Download All'
